Employment Process

Volunteer engagement- Inviting volunteers from corporates to interact with candidates
Sensitization- Information to all employees about acceptance and team building with the visually impaired.
Mock Interviews - Resume writing skills, corporate interview etiquettes
Workplace Readiness - Survey of workplace to ensure safety factors & give workplace solutions. The Buddy system is encouraged
Job Fairs are conducted at the institute.
Handholding for 6 months post-employment.
